the NYSATA held the Annual meeting of its members at the
Homegrounds in Bridgeport New York. Several changes have
been made. President Keith Welch has stepped down after 6
years in office. Keith will be missed in this position and
is to be Congratulated for his accomplishments. Western Zone
Director Doug Duncan was elected to fill the position of
President. I am sure we will see the same dedication
and and improvements to the Association. Doug has pledged to
make the NYSATA a shooter friendly club. The Vice Presidents
were left unchanged from 2008 to include Eastern Zone VP John
McDwyer, Johns directors will be Dennis Hart, Bill Corsa, and
Robert Foster. Central Zone VP is James Wright. Jims
Director are Bradley Heath, John Barney, and George Hart.
Western Zone VP will continue with Tim Herbstsommer.
Tim's Directors have changed with the resignation of
Larry Daigler,
and the Election of Doug Duncan to President. They will be Jim
Davis and Peter Hamann filling the open position and returning is
Joe Staats, Congratulation to all the Officers and Board
Members.

NYSATA Hall of Fame.
New York's Delegate Brian Whalen, All American shooter and
Central Zone Director Bradley Heath, and a great shooter with a long
string of titles Tom Horenburg, will all be inducted into the Hall
Of Fame at the 2009 State Shoot in Bridgeport. Our heart felt

COMPETED IN A 200 BIRD EVENT.
